| Bio: | I am one of the simplest and most complex beings alive--and I have stopped apologizing for that. I am a Child of Eris. She's my Mother and I get some of my best and worst traits from Her. The lesson of my life has been that when you give your all to a God, they give back in kind. I'm blessed. Yes, I'm a pagan. I'm a Wiccan. I'm a Technowitch. I'm also a Conservative, a Constructionist, a shooting enthusiast(includes archery), a mother, a wife, a pyro, an asker of uncomfortable questions, someone who prefers to stay home, and probably a lot of other things that would make the average pagan squeamish. I recycle, but that has nothing to do with my religion. I wear tactical boots because they are the most comfy footwear I've owned in 20 years. I carry a multitool. I have a concealed carry permit. I'm hold an Extra Class Amateur Radio license. I'm in the SCA and I live in the Sylvan Kingdom of Aethelmearc. The SCA award that I treasure the most is the Order of the Sycmore, which is a piddly little arts award that made me feel wanted and appreciated. I am also a Fleur d'Aethelmearc, but that's a job and not really important. This journal is mine. It's about me. You're not going to know who I am by reading it. If you really know me, then you'll know the point of me saying that nobody 'knows' me, because an internet persona is little more than a shell. Most of my friends will also tell you that I'm a lot more intense in person than I am in print. I don't post here to make a single other soul happy. I won't say that I don't care, but it's the net effect. I don't collect LJ friends--I collect real world, breathing, cussing, spitting, farting human ones. | |||||
